Volunteer Leaders Hear From Chicago

Last week, volunteer leaders were able to hear from National Deputy Field Director, Marlon D. Marshall, who works in the Obama 2012 Chicago Headquarters via Skype. Marlon started off the video conference with the customary greeting, “O-H,” and response, “I-O” from the group!

“The work you are doing on the ground is so important. Obama 2012 will belong to the people.”

He also took questions from the audience. Alison T., a Neighborhood Team Leader from Toledo, made sure to let him know that they need more cells phones in Toledo. “I wrote it down, more phones in Toledo,” Marlon said, as he held up his notepad as proof.
