State of the Union in Maryland

Over 80 house parties took place all over Maryland on January 24th, as neighbors and friends gathered to hear President Obama’s plan to keep strengthening our nation during his State of the Union address. From Frederick to Huntington, our watch parties varied in size—some had 10 people, and one had over 60 attendees! From smaller home potlucks to restaurant gatherings, there was an event for everyone. By the end of the night several hundred new supporters signed up to volunteer, and pictures started streaming in from across the state.

Harnessing the excitement of our great events, many of our new volunteers are joining us this Saturday 4th February to make calls to our neighbors in Pennsylvania.
