Speaker Boehner: Bring unemployment insurance to a vote

More than two million Americans have lost their unemployment benefits since December because Congress failed to act. Fortunately, earlier this week the Senate passed a measure that would restore this lifeline, and now it's up to Speaker John Boehner to bring the measure to a vote in the House.

In the hours after the Senate vote, more than 2,000 people took to Speaker Bohener's Facebook page to make sure he gets the message—get this done. They're raising their voices about the failure of Congress to restore unemployment benefits, a critical lifeline for the long-term unemployed.
