Ted Strickland: Ryan “Unwilling or Unable” To Be Specific About Romney’s Plan

On MSNBC this morning, former Ohio Governor Ted Strickland said that in last night’s debate, Congressman Ryan was “unwilling or unable” to be specific about Mitt Romney’s plan.

He specifically referenced Romney’s $5 trillion in tax cuts skewed toward millionaires and billionaires, which Ryan refused to say how they’d pay for when pressed repeatedly.
