OFA rallies in support of ENDA

In 29 states, there is no state law to protect LGBT individuals from employment discrimination. And there is no federal law that would protect them either—but OFA supporters are organizing to change that.

The Employment Non-Discrimination Act, or ENDA, would make sure that no one can be legally discriminated against in the workplace just because of who they are or who they love. On Saturday OFA supporters held a nationwide Day of Action, rallying in their communities to spread the word about ENDA and to build congressional support.

Check out photos and tweets from Saturday's events:
Momentum for ENDA continues to grow. Senator Bill Nelson of Florida, Senator Joe Manchin of West Virginia, and Senator Mark Pryor of Arkansas all recently endorsed the bill—meaning every Democratic senator, as well as a number of Republicans, is now on record in support.

Join us in standing up against workplace discrimination.
