...for Oregon’s first statewide Volunteer Summit and Training Session of the 2012 election cycle!

On Sunday, December 4, supporters from across Oregon will get together at the Plumbers and Steamfitters UA 290 hall in Tualatin to take their organizing skills to the next level, and we want you to be there, too!

Whether you’re an experienced leader or a first-time volunteer, you’ll spend the day taking an in-depth look at the strategies, tactics, and best practices we can all use to win in 2012. You’ll develop your skills and walk away with clear action steps that you can implement in your own neighborhood. The sessions will begin at 9:30 in the morning and finish at 4:30 in the afternoon, with a break for lunch and plenty of time for getting to know each other.

We’ll tell you about all the resources (online and offline) that are available to you. You’ll learn the best ways to talk to fellow supporters (and those who aren’t so supportive!) on the phone, in person, or through social media. You’ll leave with all the tools you need to build a team in your own neighborhood, from registering voters to running a phone bank to knocking on doors and much more.

We'd love to see you there!
