A note from Sarah

"When they say you hit the ground running with Obama for America, they aren’t kidding. I ended up at the OFA Louisiana headquarters office in New Orleans, and was fortunate enough to be greeted by Pat and Melissa. After finding out that I had been a Summer Organizer and Digital Lead in Massachusetts, Pat asked me to come to Baton Rouge to teach the Spring fellows about Digital Organizing. Talking about empowering! I really enjoyed getting the opportunity to work with the amazing organizers who were selected for the program, and I am confident that I will see great things from them in the coming months. The ability Louisiana has to surpass some of their goals is really remarkable, and I hope to utilize the best practices you’ve all shared with me to help grow New Hampshire. I am grateful to have been given the opportunity to work with everyone here, and look forward to retweeting the tweets, reading the blogs, enjoying the pictures, and liking the Facebook posts that come out of the state. OFA Louisiana is a family, and even though I am leaving to join OFA New Hampshire, I hope to continue to be a member of the family."
