    We're not just organizing for right now—we're building this movement for the fights to come. These brand new OFA fellows are in it for the long run.

    Over the last two weekends of trainings, more than 650 inspiring change-makers have officially joined the OFA Fellowship. Those are 650 people, sprinkled throughout the country, who aren't just talking about what needs changing—they're gearing up and getting trained to actually do something about it.   • Welcome to OFA's newest mentors!

    New OFA fellows managers and campus coaches from across the country met up recently in Chicago for a "coaches huddle," where they leaned on each other to prep for a spring full of training new organizers.

    Last weekend, 46 leaders from 24 states—passionate volunteers that have stepped up to manage Community Engagement Fellowship participants and mentor students in OFA's Campus Academy—huddled together in Chicago to get trained on the tools and best practices they'll need to make their programs a success.

An incredible group of 27 campus leaders from 19 different campuses across 11 states joined together in Miami, FL, to learn from each other and improve their organizing skills.
